Shipping policy

For US shipping, we usually ship within 2 business days from Maryland after you place your order. All orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday are processed the following business day. All pre-order items have the date marked under the description of when they plan to be shipped. 

Delivery times are dependent on the shipping method you select at check out. Delivery time is in addition to standard processing time. The following delivery times are estimates vs. guaranteed. 

• USPS Priority Mail takes 1 to 3 business days. However, this is only estimate and does NOT guarantee delivery dates or time in transit.
• USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days. Weekends are not considered transit days.

The day of shipment is not considered a transit day by any of our carriers, no matter what time the order is placed, processed, or shipped.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination, especially during peak seasons. 

We recommend ordering at least 10 business days prior to your event to allow for processing and shipping time.
